In this unique scenario, our team meticulously hand-dug the entirety of the project, navigating around inconveniently placed gas and electrical lines with precision and care. This hands-on approach ensured accuracy and safety, mitigating potential risks while maintaining the integrity of the property.

Once the excavation was complete, we meticulously applied tar and sealant to the rear and side exteriors of the home, addressing the areas most prone to water intrusion. Concurrently, our team seamlessly integrated gutter systems with the property’s drainage, ensuring a streamlined flow of water away from the vulnerable areas.

But our commitment to excellence didn’t end there. We went above and beyond during the backfill and cleanup process. As we backfilled, we tampered the soil to ensure stability and proper settling. Additionally, we spread grass seed over the entire disturbed area, restoring it to its natural state. Finally, we meticulously sprayed the entire area with water from a hose, aiding in the settling process and leaving behind a pristine landscape.

It’s worth noting that while hand-digging may not always seem cost-efficient compared to machinery, we prioritize safety above all else. What might take 2 hours with machinery could take 2 days with hand labor, but we factor in these details when deciding the best option for the customer, putting their safety and satisfaction first.
